At Solis, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to assist you in finding the right replacement or providing a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original Solis packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
